Our story started with the vision of the founder(s) of the company who at the time of incorporation in 1970 founded Leadway Assurance as an insurance company that served the interest of insureds. 
Leadway Assurance has over the years gone on to build a solid reputation based on integrity, prompt claims settlement and continuous innovation. This is properly imbued in our brand identity – the Camel logo symbolizes our commitment to being the Leading underwriter earned for our excellent claims handling process. 
Through the years, we expanded our offerings beyond general and life insurance to Pension, trusts, wealth and asset management, health insurance, and hospitality services.
The evolution of Leadway since its incorporation in 1970 is one backed by the continued pursuit of improvement, discipline, integrity, innovation and customer-focus processes. 
Leadway holdings is a non-operating financial and non-banking company overseeing its associated businesses in insurance, pension, trusteeship, investment, health, and hospitality.
